SHARP METROPOLITAN CAMPUS VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Sharp Memorial Hospital, Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women & Newborns, or Sharp Mesa Vista. Please take a few moments to complete this application and click the submit button.

PROGRAM COMMITMENT

Dedicate a minimum of 6 months/100 hours of volunteer service.

Attend at least one shift per week for the same day, time, and length (usually two to four hours).

APPLICATION AND ONBOARDING PROCESS

If your application is under consideration:

You will be invited to attend a required 30-minute online volunteer information session.

References will be emailed directly by Volunteer Services.

After the information session, you may sign up for a interview.

PROGRAM ACCEPTANCE

Upon acceptance into the program, volunteers are expected to complete the following:

Purchase a uniform top.

Complete a background screening.

Complete a onsite health screening, including providing vaccination records.

Upon clearance, attend a 30min-1hour onsite final onboarding appointment.

Volunteer Services will contact them directly with a link to an evaluation form. They will be providing feedback about you in the following areas of Sharp's behavoiral expectations:
